Airport connections
You can get to Tel-Aviv from Ben-Gurion International Airport by taxi but public transportation is very easy and cheaper. For train and bus routes connecting the two you can click here. If you take a taxi make sure to only use authorized taxis, located on the 2nd floor exit, as unauthorized drivers can take advantage of unsuspecting tourists and overcharge. You can estimate the fair price here.
Travel in Tel-Aviv and beyond
There are many bus routes servicing the museum and the university campus. Note that you will have to get a rechargeable plastic card, called "Rav-Kav", as you cannot pay with cash directly. You can get and charge your Rav-Kav at bus terminals and service centers (even the airport) and use it with any of the several bus companies servicing the campus. Notice that if you switch bus lines within 90 minutes you do not get charged twice. The museum is located across the Diaspora museum (but outside the campus perimeter) and you can use moovit.com to find the best way to get there (available as a smartphone application as well). If you need help charging your Rav-Kav let us know.
If you plan to stay in Israel any additional days and want to travel a bit you can use the same Rav-Kav. Israel has a fairly decent bus and train system and you can always rent a car as well. Let us know if you have any questions or want any help with travel beyond the meeting.

Accomodations
There is a limited number of guest rooms at the university dorms. Some are single rooms and others are double, and prices vary between 145 shekels per person per night to 185 shekels. If you are interested in a room please let us know ASAP so we can reserve one for you. Note that, even if you are sharing a room, they require only one credit card for the payment.
Unfortunately, there are no hotels within walking distance from the museum. Airbnb.com has many listings in the area that could be useful, especially if sharing. The neighborhood is called 'Ramat Aviv'. Alternately, you could book a hotel in the city center and use public transportation to get to the museum. Travel time in bus between the city center and the university campus is normally about half an hour. The city center has a lot more to offer, in terms of entertainment, than Ramat Aviv.
